It's going to be six months in USA when I came from India.

Recently I was traveling on NJ Transit from New Brunswick to Penn station NYC when my co passenger asked me,

"Excuse me, I think I have read your blog " ah, towards intense joy". Can I ask you how can we attain happiness in the coming year of 2010?"

I looked at her. A Caucasian? A Greek? Just one of the faces among the crowd. Only her eyes. Very expressive and a bit sad. I got it.

I thought for a while and then said boldly,

"make an innovative sex resolution for the new year".

She seemed to be taken a back a bit.
"Whaat dooo youuu mean?"

An embarrassment and amusement perhaps, I thought.
I said, "you asked me a question and I replied".
"Can you elaborate," she was opening up now.
"of course" and I continued.
" Happiness and sex has a strong and established bond. Nevertheless," I added hastily,
"only a good sex may not lead to a complete happiness.
So let 2010 be the year for your personal sexual revolution via these red-hot resolutions:

Invite sex:
Even when you don’t feel the urge, invite it. Be more spontaneous. This could mean touching your partner more, suggesting a new sex position or your lover away to a secluded location.

Plan your monthly or yearly program:
Discuss with partner a work out plan, get good sex books and ensure that both of you stick to it.

Plan sexual adventures:
In every room, kitchen, bathroom. While on Holidays- in forest, near the stream, behind a tree, on the snow, clothes on or off etc. (Note: be careful in public places like rest rooms, aircraft toilets etc. People don't like it though may like to do themselves in such exotic places!)

Learn more tricks:
